Very Good
Even though the apartment is very small, it's located in a very good spot (in the center of Sevilla). It also has everything you need (small kitchenette, clean bathroom, and nice shower). It has a nice view of the street, you also feel right in the center of action in Seville.
Everything was as expected.

A good experience I would recommend!
The position of the apartment is exquisite: we managed to visit different parts of the city by foot and Feria street is very lively. However this isn't a problem because, while keeping the windows shut, the flat is very quiet and with air conditioning. Jorge is a helpful and welcoming host, who met us outside of the flat to personally give us the keys. We loved staying here! We hope we will come back!
I would suggest leaving a broom in the flat, to keep it clean, and also a hair-dryer would be nice. I personally didn't appreciate the air-conditioning unit above the bed, directly over your heads: I found it a little uncomfortable.
